ADAM BLACKSTONE
Adam Blackstone steps into the newly created role of property-wide Creative Director as part of the hotel's rebranding. Blackstone has Music Directed five Super Bowl Half-Time shows and won an Emmy for the 2022 Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Eminem performance. He has frequented Live at The Sun Rose's stage since its opening and has served as music director for Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, Jay-Z, and Eminem, to name a few. Drawing from a Grammy, Emmy Winning, Tony nominated career rooted in iconic pop culture moments, Blackstone will usher in a vibrant new era for the property.
MIKE GARSON
Our resident musician Mike Garson — David Bowie’s pianist for nearly four decades — has performed nearly 50 sold out shows since the opening of Live at The Sun Rose. His acclaimed Bowie’s Piano Man series is exclusive to The Sun Rose and has included collaborations with artists such as Andra Day, Beck, Billy Corgan, Dave Grohl, Chad Smith, Chappell Roan, Jake Wesley Rogers, Jimmy Chamberlin, Judith Hill, Luke Spiller (The Struts), Evan Rachel Wood, and Mason Alexander Park. Now at 80, Garson continues to inspire new generations of Bowie-influenced musicians while keeping the legend’s creative spirit alive—making Bowie’s Piano Man not just a concert, but a living celebration of timeless artistry, innovation, and collaboration. Garson’s storied career also includes working with The Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Duran Duran, Andra Day, St. Vincent, and more.
